Douglas Listman, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Cohen & Company Securities, LLC (formerly J.V.B. Financial Group, LLC). He has also served as Chief Accounting Officer of Cohen & Company, Inc. since 2009. With nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, including prior roles at KPMG and senior finance positions in real estate and healthcare, Doug oversees the firm’s financial reporting, treasury, and regulatory accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
