George Holstead is Managing Director and Head of the Middle Markets Group at Cohen & Company Securities. He leads the firm’s efforts to expand its middle market fixed income platform, leveraging technology-driven underwriting, trading, and distribution services for institutional investors, broker-dealers, banks, and RIAs.
With over 25 years of experience in fixed income capital markets, George previously served as President of Fixed Income Capital Markets at InspereX, where he oversaw trading, sales, and syndicate operations. He has also held senior leadership roles at Brean Capital, D.A. Davidson, Sterne Agee, and Raymond James.
