Hailey Atwill Layrock is Managing Director and Head of SBA & GGL Trading at Cohen & Company Securities. She oversees the firm’s national strategy in Small Business Administration (SBA) and government-guaranteed loan trading, bringing more than a decade of leadership in the fixed income markets.
With deep expertise in SBA loan pools, structured finance, and trading strategies, Hailey is known for developing client-focused solutions that create measurable value for institutional investors. Prior to joining Cohen & Company, she held senior trading roles at Memphis Capital and Hanover Securities, where she specialized in SBA product securitization, as well as SBA and USDA loan trading.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from the University of Memphis. She is FINRA-licensed with Series 7, 63, and 24 certifications.
